They will lead the team in developing project plans, managing resources, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $200,000.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Experience managing a variety of project types, focusing on Commercial/Industrial construction.
General knowledge of construction principles and practices with experience managing projects over $1 million.
Responsibilities
Supervise, direct, and develop the project team to align with project goals.
Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
Communicate project status effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives.
Ensure team follows defined processes and executes roles and responsibilities.
Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management.
