Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, communicate with, and develop the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Own project information and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
• Validate project status and make recommendations to meet execution goals.
• Align Client resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure team follows defined processes and roles are clear.
• Maintain customer relationships and engage with the customer throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues across phases.
