Job summary

Arcadis in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Water Business Construction Management team. The role focuses on heavy civil/utility construction, QA/QC, and reporting on municipal stormwater, water, and wastewater projects.

The Senior Construction Manager will lead field management, coordinate with a national technical staff, and ensure contract compliance, safety, and timely project delivery in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of heavy civil/utility field construction experience.
• Experience with QA/QC and reporting documentation.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect contractor work for contract compliance.
• Prepare daily activity and progress reports.
• Review schedules and negotiate change orders.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and process RFIs.
• Monitor safety and coordinate testing.
• Support time-and-material work and negotiate time impacts.
