Job summary

SAK Construction in Detroit, MI is seeking a Construction Manager to lead rehabilitation and repair of sewer and storm water piping. You will plan, direct and coordinate all phases, collaborating with Project Managers, subcontractors and field crews to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in field superintendent/foreman roles and a Bachelor's degree in construction-related fields; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in field superintendent/foreman/project engineer roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Travel required based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate rehabilitation and repair of sewer and storm water pipes, including excavation, site access, erosion control, bypass pumping, and trenchless rehabilitation activities.
• Work with Project Managers, subcontractors and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to improving water infrastructure and service reliability.
