Job summary

SAK Construction in Detroit, MI is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee trenchless rehabilitation projects. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of sewer and storm water pipe rehabilitation, including excavation, site access, and erosion control.

Requires at least 3 years in related roles; a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred. Travel is required based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field superintendent, foreman, project engineer, field engineer, or project coordinator roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate rehabilitation and repair of sewer and storm water pipes, including excavation, site access, erosion control, bypass pumping, and trenchless rehab methods (CIPP, Geopolymer, Slip lining).
• Work with Project Managers, subcontractors and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
