Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Kentucky operations.

The successful candidate will support our KY CEI Lead and Field Supervisor, managing staff and expanding CEI programs across clients and infrastructure types, while serving as Resident Engineer and leading inspectors. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, KY PE or the ability to obtain within six months, and at least 15 years of CM/CI experience with roadway construction

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering required.
• KY PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of CM/CI or engineering field experience.
• Knowledge of roadway construction techniques, reading plans and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Manage field technicians and coordinate inspection activities.
• Oversee project inspection to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Assign, schedule and supervise inspection staff across all phases.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, work orders and estimates.
• Track progress and communicate overruns or issues to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and agencies to respond to inquiries.
