Job summary

KEITH Engineering Design seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee major South Florida Water Management District projects on site in Florida. You will lead construction activities, coordinate with owners, contractors, inspectors, and consultants, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large public infrastructure projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience on large public works or water resources projects.
• Experience as CM/Owner's Rep or Senior PM preferred.
• Familiarity with SFWMD or similar agencies is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior construction management oversight for SFWMD projects.
• Coordinate with KEITH, SFWMD, contractors, consultants, inspectors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress for contract, plans, specs, schedules and quality.
• Lead mobilization through project closeout activities.
• Review schedules, pay apps, change orders, RFIs, submittals and claims.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead progress meetings and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality, environmental commitments and regulatory compliance.
