Williams Companies is seeking a Construction Manager Sr/Staff to lead planning, coordination and execution of natural gas pipeline facility construction projects in Houston, TX. The role focuses on safety, schedule adherence, and integrating engineering, procurement and field execution to deliver complex facilities.

Required is a high school diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years on large programs; preferred is a Bachelor's degree.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required with extensive project experience.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience on small to mega projects, including 7+ years on large to mega projects.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides project leadership to establish strategies, plans and construction execution.
• Reviews contractor schedules and budgets, ensuring changes follow contract rules.
• Ensures safety, health and environmental Regulations are followed.
• Expedites engineering and procurement to support construction.
• Leads construction closeout, data books and lesson learned.
• Develops enterprise construction quality programs and inspector qualifications.
• Mentors others.
