Wade Trim in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction Team. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and have 7+ years of relevant experience.

A valid driver’s license is required and CCM or PE preferred. The role involves on-site client liaison, staff mentorship, and management of project scope, schedule, and budget, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of engineering or construction management experience.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site liaison with client and community.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Oversee staff that perform field inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors on project activity.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide design/technical expertise and QA/QC.
• Generate sales through business development.
• Attend client, staff and project meetings.
• Estimate fees and review plans and specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
