Job summary

Parsons is seeking Construction Managers to support PG&E Infrastructure projects in Northern California, including Chico and surrounding areas. You will oversee project execution, safety plans, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors to deliver complex infrastructure programs on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle from inception to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Typically 15+ years of field construction experience are required.
• Experience with large civil/structural and/or industrial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Parsons’ representative with the client, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders during project execution.
• Oversee development and implementation of project documents including construction management plans and safety plans.
• Supervise inspection staff and coordinate subcontractor work to ensure schedule, safety, and quality.
• Prepare requisitions, manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Review subcontractor invoices and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop action plans for cost overruns, schedule delays, and scope changes.
