Job summary

Parsons is seeking Field Project Managers for on-site leadership of field engineering and construction activities in California. The roles cover PG&E Northern California programs with a 60-mile locality requirement and travel reimbursement for site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/construction field.
• 10+ years related work experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role at a field site.
• Experience supporting field engineering and construction on complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop project schedules and budgets with the Project Manager and monitor milestones.
• Create and implement site safety plans and ensure compliance on site.
• Prepare monthly client reports and address client questions and concerns.
• Assist with pricing, scope changes, and bid document review.
