Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Lead Construction Manager to lead major transportation infrastructure programs in Northern California, including Bay Area and Sacramento. The role requires direct on-site leadership, extensive coordination with clients and subconsultants, and oversight of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; typically 15+ years of field experience in large civil/structural projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee interdisciplinary teams and mobilize company resources to form project teams for on-site work (5 days a week).
• Assess organizational strengths and implement improvements in a timely and professional manner.
• Establish an environment of continual improvement across program and project delivery.
• Develop governance documents, processes, and procedures to optimize delivery.
• Lead client interactions, negotiate scope and changes, and secure additional work.
