Job summary

The role requires a degree in construction management or related experience (2–4 years) with strong leadership, communication, and blueprint-reading skills. On-site role with a focus on on-time completion and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years in construction management.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans for scheduling and budgeting.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and assess work quality and efficiency.
• Review/modify construction drawings to resolve plan conflicts.
• Manage project schedules and adjust resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and compliant with codes and plans.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout construction.
