The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Project/Construction Management, preferably in educational facilities or public agency projects. Responsibilities include drafting reports, coordinating with agencies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring project scope alignment. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are essential for this role, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Formación

• Minimum of five years' experience in Project/Construction Management.
• Experience in safety construction protocols and Cal OSHA requirements.
• Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential is preferred.

• Draft concept drawings for project visualization.
