Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in Project/Construction Management.

• Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination and oversight of all phases of assigned projects.
• Draft concept drawings for project visualization.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure they reflect project progress.
• Coordinate with public agencies and utility representatives.
