Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the field execution of a large-scale industrial wastewater treatment and process water system in Boise, Idaho. You will manage owner, GC, and internal teams to deliver safely, on scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-project field activities, driving construction plans, and supervising staff while ensuring compliance with contract and design standards. Strong EPC delivery experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years in industrial construction, with 5+ years in semiconductor/high-tech facilities.
• Experience with EPC project delivery and $10–$150M projects.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities for multiple projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams for seamless delivery.
• Review drawings, manage change orders, and supervise subcontractor performance.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement across field operations.
• Interpret contracts and ensure compliance with scope and owner requirements.
