Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to oversee large-scale civil and industrial construction in North Carolina through 2027. You will monitor progress, review schedules, and coordinate with QA, safety, and stakeholders to keep milestones aligned.

You will lead site walks, manage change orders, and ensure documentation is complete while providing owner-side visibility into performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience reviewing construction schedules, reading blueprints, and tracking project progress.
• 10+ years of construction experience in civil or large-scale industrial environments.
• Experience with construction management software and change order management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project through construction completion (2027) and transition to operations/maintenance.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and conditions.
• Review 4-week look-ahead schedules and track milestones.
• Coordinate with quality, safety, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage change orders and assess schedule impacts.
• Document meetings, action items, and project updates.
• Provide owner-side visibility into performance and upcoming work.
