Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team in support of large-scale Government construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting major projects and will manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant results.

The role requires strong organization, governance, and the ability to track milestones, generate formal status reports, and coordinate multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work with broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Provide project status reports and other required documentation.
• Facilitate communication between project team and suppliers through meetings and reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones; monitor design teams per criteria.
