Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering mission-critical data center construction projects. This role provides administrative and project coordination support, handling documentation, meeting coordination, and day-to-day activities while learning our processes and standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Entry level to a couple years of experience in project support.
• Experience in project coordination or construction administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication with clear third-person minutes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with coordination, documentation, meeting prep, and daily admin tasks.
• Attend project meetings, take accurate minutes, and prepare third-person summaries.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, and reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date info.
• Utilize project management software and learn new systems quickly.
• Prioritize safety and support the team through field coordination and admin duties.
