GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking an elite construction leader to drive on-site owner-side delivery of a 60 MW mission-critical campus. You will enforce GMP, manage field execution, and oversee safety, quality, budget, and schedule across multi-megawatt builds in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading ground-up data center or mission-critical facility delivery as Owner Representative, Developer PM, or Lead CM on CMAR/GMP multi-megawatt builds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• OSHA 30 certification; PMP/CCM preferred; strong MV/HV distribution, UPS, chillers, and LCC technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily onsite execution, enforce GMP and schedule, lead trade buyouts, audit pay apps and change orders.
• Master site budget and cash flow forecasts; audit Primavera CP progress; implement field recovery plans.
• Chair weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings; enforce zero-incident safety; supervise onsite Project Engineer.
• Direct lifecycle for long-lead equipment (MV switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers); manage site consultants.
• Serve as owner gating authority for L1–L5 commissioning and facility turnover.
