  • May also sign off on field designs or redesigns performed in the field.
  • Partner with the field administrator, as needed, to support smooth site operations. Maintain daily logs for site records and perform or direct quantity takeoffs to support construction planning and invoice approval.
  • Review subcontractor progress payment requests, monitor technical service representative and supplier logs, and approve submitted timesheets.
  • Compile and maintain construction records and list markups, and help establish site document control activities for design documents when needed.
  • Help ensure field teams are working from the latest IFC revisions and intermediate updates.
  • Support inspections and test verification activities, and provide supervision, training, development, and performance management for direct reports.
  • Champion safety and quality standards in all aspects of the work while contributing to continuous improvement efforts and change management initiatives.
  • Lead and support field discipline engineers, fostering strong performance, development, and collaboration across the team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in combined cycle construction
  • Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings, and related project documentation
  • Ability to set up and perform project controls functions on smaller, less complex projects
  • Experience completing material takeoffs and field estimates; strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations; discipline engineering experience; contract administration experience; and an understanding of craft dynamics.
