Job Details

We are actively seeking a highly experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire lifecycle of our construction projects, from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, construction workers, and clients, to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about construction and project management, and who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing the project's scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of the project team, including architects, engineers, and construction workers.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and to manage their expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the successful completion of the project.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry safety and quality standards.
  • Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven experience in the Oil, Gas, and EPC sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred.
