Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Construction and Logistics Manager with heavy program-wide coordination experience and strong knowledge of means and methods, safety and site logistics. The successful candidate will join a team of knowledgeable and supportive program and project management professionals to apply their related knowledge as well as perform technical support of large Capital Improvement Programs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with airport/airside/landside construction logistics in active facilities.
• Strong oral and written communication with executive stakeholders, field teams, and contractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on all active construction projects, including logistics, safety programs, and site operations.
• Coordinate across multiple projects to mitigate dependencies and interfaces, supporting phased work and airport operations.
• Build relationships with clients, project teams, stakeholders, and colleagues while adapting to change.
• Prepare timely Project Awareness Reports and distribute updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor contractor logistics plans, traffic control, work sequencing, and access strategies with proper documentation.
• Support shutdown reviews, site utilization plans, and work packages to maintain safe execution.
