The ideal candidate has 8+ years of litigation experience, a track record representing owners, developers, or contractors, and the ability to manage matters with substantial independence; trial or arbitration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience in construction matters.
• Experience representing owners, developers, or contractors.

• Meaningful construction litigation background required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction litigation matters involving commercial projects.
• Take ownership of matters and work directly with clients and other attorneys.
• Represent sophisticated clients in construction-related disputes and litigation.
• Manage matters through discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Join an established construction practice with significant responsibility.
