Job summary

This senior attorney will manage construction‑related disputes, draft and negotiate contracts, oversee risk management, coordinate with outside counsel, and advise leadership to enhance compliance and project delivery.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar license.
• 4–8 years of litigation experience, in-house or law firm.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction-related claims, disputes, and litigation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
• Develop litigation protocols and internal playbooks.
• Advise leadership on legal changes affecting operations.
