Ascendion is partnering with a respected Houston litigation practice to recruit a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney. You will handle sophisticated Texas construction disputes and arbitrations, representing clients such as contractors and developers.

The role requires 4+ years of legal experience, active Texas Bar admission, and experience with construction arbitration. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience in construction law.
• Experience handling construction arbitration.
• Able to manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Active Texas Bar admission.
