Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years of construction litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep.
• Strong case strategy, legal research, mediation, negotiation, and client counseling.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of complex construction litigation from evaluation to resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case strategy.
• Navigate mediation and negotiation processes for settlements.
• Provide expert client counseling and maintain strong client relations.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and manage discovery processes.
• Analyze claims and coordinate with insurance defense and clients.
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
