• Mentor less senior staff and manage field teams.
• Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors and Blum staff.
• Ensure safety and project schedules align with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a single medium sized project or multiple smaller projects.
• Lead and communicate with Blum staff, subcontractors and vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule.
• Represent Blum with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors in a professional manner.
• Plan effective/accurate schedules for project(s) and manages manpower accordingly for multiple tasks/projects.
