• 6+ years on NYCDDC projects preferred.
• Certified or degree in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor’s work for adherence to specifications.
• Prepare daily reports on construction progress.
• Assist Office Engineer as required.

We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.

SIE is looking for aSenior Construction Inspectorto support REI Services for a NYCDDC project located in Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring contractor’s work
• Ensuring construction is as per the plans and specifications
• Preparing daily reports
• Assisting Office Engineer as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification & Skills:

• 10+ years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
• 6+ years of experience working on NYCDDC projects preferred
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or active NICET IV certification required
• OSHA 30

Expected salary range is $90,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
