Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 6 years of construction experience.
• All required jurisdictional certificates and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, observes, documents, and verifies work for compliance with schedule, contract documents, and plans.
• Performs complex calculations and measurements of completed work to date.
• Maintains Inspector's daily report of assigned work activities, contractor labor and equipment, quantity of material received and verified.
• Performs on-site material testing and produces as-constructed sketches as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
