Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction contract administration and inspection on large federal projects, DoD/USACE preferred.
• Experience with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Support investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develop detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
• Observe construction phases for compliance with schedules and specs; identify problems and recommend changes.
