Urban Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Construction Inspection Services Manager to lead our CI Team on complex highway and bridge projects across the Allentown, Scranton, and Harrisburg regions. The role entails mentoring staff, coordinating inspections, and ensuring QA/QC and safety standards.

You will manage client relationships, assist with recruiting, and support proposals and business development while maintaining high performance and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction inspection teams on highway/bridge projects.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in reporting and QA/QC practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and guide multiple CI teams within the region.
• Assign staff to projects based on qualifications and workload.
• Conduct periodic field visits and QA/QC reviews.
• Review inspector documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor staff performance and career development.
• Promote company procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of CI personnel.
• Develop client relationships and manage CI budgets and supplements.
• Support business development through proposals and client management.
