The Survey Geomatics Technician III role focuses on generating and checking geomatics data for civil works, including 3D modeling from LiDAR, field data, and plans to DOT CAD standards.

Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience required.
Strong computer and technical skills; Microstation or Bentley Roadway applications and Trimble Business Center is required; AutoCAD, Revit or similar application is a plus
Proficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus

Responsibilities

Generate and check geomatics data relative to construction processes.
Create 3D models from LiDAR/field data and convert into accurate CAD drawings to DOT standards.
Report to the Project Manager and use the latest A/E/C technology to support project delivery.
Assist with corridor and civil works tasks including drainage, paving, and 3D modeling.
