Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in carpentry, concrete, structural trades, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites; background and drug tests required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Perform hands-on work alongside the crew in multiple trades.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and project documents for accurate execution.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and progress to meet schedule and budget.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA standards, and conduct safety meetings.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce; maintain records.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and owners to resolve issues.
• Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and teamwork.
