ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a full-time Construction Estimator responsible for developing construction estimates and offering strategic feedback. This role presents opportunities for growth into management, working collaboratively with senior leadership. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in construction estimating software and a proven ability to handle high-volume estimates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience, 10+ preferred.
• Expertise in Xactimate and Symbility is crucial.
• Experience with TPAs required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for initial review of construction estimates.
• Create construction estimates from digital sources.
• Train and provide feedback to estimators.
