Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors bids.
• Manage the bid process from start to finish, including soliciting subcontractor bids and compiling bid packages.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities to maximize project profitability.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, bids, and documents per policy and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to clarify requirements and develop comprehensive bids.
• Demonstrate experience with public bid projects and government compliance.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook guidelines and document expenses weekly.
