Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience managing construction projects from kick-off through completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and other industry software.

Responsibilities

• Put together project estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Upfront client communication on potential projects.
• Manage all aspects of putting together a SOQ for a potential project.
• Manage workload and tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Attend pre-construction meetings, take notes, and ask questions for proposals.
• Support hand-off to Operations PM after winning work.
• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and assist in procurement.
• Help build out and streamline sales processes.
• Research and maintain knowledge of building methods and materials.
• Prepare and review construction proposals.
• Create construction budgets and schedules.
• Assist in developing and reviewing contract documents.
• Participate in project meetings and understand client needs.
