Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction estimating experience, with deep pre-construction and procurement expertise.
• Ability to independently lead complex, multi-phase estimates from concept through contract development.
• Strong proficiency with estimating software and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates across all project phases from schematic design to construction documents.
• Develop conceptual and parametric budgets for Residential projects including renovations and new construction.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities, guiding resolution.
