Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with related experience in estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs to identify missing elements during design development.
• Experience in conceptual estimates across multiple trades and bid environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepares estimates/proposals for design/build, engineering, construction management, GMP and hard-bid projects.
• Evaluates bids from sub-contractors and suppliers for scope, delivery and specs.
• Manages bid day and close-out activities and guides junior staff in estimating procedures.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing and develops scopes.
