Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bid process from start to finish.
• Prepare and deliver bid packages with all documentation.
• Handle RFIs promptly and accurately.
• Provide cost estimation considering materials, labor, equipment, and other factors.
• Oversee project management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and labor teams.
• Monitor industry trends and update estimation methods accordingly.
