Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction estimating, with hardscape or commercial focus.
• Proven track record managing $20M–$40M annually in estimating.
• Strong construction knowledge across methods, materials, and processes.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for project details.
• High attention to detail in estimating and admin work.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and scope to develop precise cost estimates.
• Calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs with market trends.
• Prepare detailed, competitive bids and present proposals to clients.
• Engage with clients to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.
• Address client inquiries promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
