Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in hardscape and masonry construction to support a high-volume construction team in the Dallas area. You will review plans, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, and help assemble competitive bids.

Ideal candidates have estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction, strong plan-reading and takeoff skills, and familiarity with labor rates, materials, and sequencing.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction.
• Strong plan-reading and takeoff skills.
• Familiarity with labor production rates, materials, and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing plans and specifications and performing detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Estimating labor-driven, self-perform scopes and coordinating subcontractor pricing as needed.
• Preparing competitive bids and supporting preconstruction efforts (Working closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field execution)
