Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Construction Estimator to join their team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will develop accurate estimates and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year, along with benefits such as disability insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction/estimating preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and management practices.
• Ability to interpret construction documents for estimating.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate pre-construction and construction estimates.
• Lead lump sum and GMP project bidding processes.
• Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs across all disciplines.
