Candidates should hold a degree in Construction Management or have relevant experience, as well as familiarity with estimating software. Competitive salary range between $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience, with a culture that values diversity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field — OR 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• 2+ years of estimating experience or 3+ years as a Project Engineer with exposure to preconstruction.
• Ability to interpret scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scope estimates based on construction documents.
• Coordinate proposal and bid efforts, including subcontractor outreach.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and enter data into estimating software.
