Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for all project phases including materials, labor, and equipment
• Analyze blueprints and specs to determine scope and requirements
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align estimates with project needs
• Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
• Review subcontractor bids for accuracy and alignment with goals
• Update cost projections based on changes or unforeseen conditions
• Maintain documentation of estimates, bids and costs for reporting and compliance
• Contribute to value engineering by identifying cost-saving opportunities
