Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a skilled Estimator to support preconstruction for a diverse commercial project portfolio in Miami. You will prepare budgets, estimates, and bid proposals, and analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor pricing to drive accurate cost forecasts.

Working with operations teams, you will help develop project strategies and maintain cost databases, with a focus on hospitality, restaurant, retail, and corporate office sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating, project engineering, or project coordination.
• Experience developing budgets and bid packages.
• Background in commercial, hospitality, restaurant, or retail construction preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
