Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a detail-driven Construction Estimator to develop accurate bids for commercial projects including tenant improvements, asphalt, concrete, and site work. This hands-on role covers from site visits and takeoffs to final bid submission on real-world construction projects.

You will analyze drawings across civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical scopes, collaborate with subcontractors, and maintain historical cost data while presenting pricing aligned with project

Qualifications

7–10 years of construction estimating experience in commercial/general contracting.
Experience on Mall Construction projects.
Strong knowledge across civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical disciplines.
Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficient with MS Office and estimating tools.
Willingness to travel to job sites including overnight assignments.

Responsibilities

Develop complete cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings.
Perform quantity takeoffs, prepare cost summaries, and input data into estimating systems.
Review subcontractor bids and define clear scopes of work.
Maintain historical cost data and validate estimates against project outcomes.
Prepare bid reports and present pricing aligned with project requirements and conditions.
