Job summary

Kirco-Management-Services-Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to provide estimating data for conceptual and hard bid projects. You will support Development, Construction, and Property Management divisions, building detailed scope descriptions and unit price breakdowns.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of estimating experience, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil, or related field. Strong communication and cost-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction-related field or demonstrated broad practical experience in construction/facilities.
Minimum 10+ years of estimating experience with full-time estimates.
Experience with conceptual estimating and lump-sum bid estimating.
Ability to estimate various trades and solicit/evaluate subcontractor bids.
Proficiency with Windows-based software including MS Project, Excel and Word; Procore experience required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate traditional plan/spec hard-dollar estimates/bids.
Generate conceptual estimates with detailed scope descriptions and unit price breakdowns.
Maintain in-house unit price data for all components and regions.
Assist Project Manager with subcontract awards and bid analysis.
Communicate budgets, schedules, and major issues to Project Manager and clients.
Establish project GMPs with project executives; maintain cost history data.
