Job summary

Brady West SoCal is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for bidding, preparing accurate proposals, and supporting project setup while maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate understands construction documents and has experience with estimating software (BuzzBID) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of drywall, framing, plaster, or related scopes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, plans, and specs.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and estimating software (BuzzBID).
• Experience in specialty construction estimating preferred (drywall, framing, plaster, or related scopes).

Responsibilities

• Bid selected projects by identifying material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Set up projects with required information for successful completion.
• Review construction documents, contracts, plans, and specs throughout the project.
• Communicate project information clearly to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate active projects and support job progress with stakeholders.
