Job Title: Senior Estimator

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience and expertise)

We are growing and looking for a smart, strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Estimator.

Who We're Looking For:

We want problem-solvers, not just number crunchers. The ideal candidate is sharp, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong ability to assess project requirements and provide accurate, competitive estimates. While a college degree is valuable, we prioritize intelligence, critical thinking, and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for lining and coating projects.
2. Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to determine scope and pricing.
4. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
5. Manage bids, proposals, and negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in construction, geosynthetics, coatings, or a related industry.
2. Smart, strategic, and resourceful—able to break down complex problems and find solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry pricing.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required—we value intelligence and real-world experience over a diploma.
