• Experience in managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates by reviewing specifications and drawings.
• Compute man-hours, equipment, and material needs using takeoff methods.
• Coordinate with field personnel to schedule work and track progress.
• Prepare change orders and related project documentation.
• Foster client relationships and support business development and cost controls.
